讲座人介绍：

周治国，博士，美国中密苏里大学（University of Central Missouri）计算机与数学学院（School of Computer Science and Mathematics）计算机系助理教授。分别于2008年和2014年获得奥门金沙集团3354CC计算机科学与技术学士学位和计算机应用技术博士学位。曾于2013年5月至2014年5月在荷兰莱顿大学（Leiden University）计算机系（Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science）访问学习。2014年12月起在美国德州大学西南医学中心（University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX）放射肿瘤系（Department of Radiation Oncology）从事博士后研究，并于2017年9月晋升为研究型讲师。2019年8月起至今在中密苏里大学担任助理教授。在国际期刊和会议上已发表相关学术论文80余篇。担任两个国际期刊的编委和20多个国际期刊的审稿人，同时也是多个会议的分会主席。目前研究方向为人工智能，机器学习和深度学习，影像组学，医学影像分析，治疗结果预测，临床决策支持等。 

讲座内容：

In this presentation, a new reliable artificial intelligence (RAI) which integrates confidence calibration, uncertainty estimation and model interpretation into a general and unified probabilistic inference model is introduced and several typical strategies will be presented. Then the presenter will talk about three strategies which are applied to treatment outcome prediction, clinical decision support, medical image analysis, and biomarker discovery.
